Ajuna Network Monthly News: April 2024

Dear Ajuna Network Community,

We are excited to bring you the latest news and updates. Ajuna Network has been hard at work on a variety of projects, from preparing for the upcoming Big Ballz of BAJU launch to participating in collaborated marketing campaigns. We hope you enjoy reading about our progress from April.

Ajuna Joins AirLyft

In a strategic move aimed at improving user experiences and growing community engagement, Ajuna Network has integrated with AirLyft, a dynamic quest hosting platform offering a wide range of interactive features. This integration makes for exciting new initiatives to captivate and reward users within the Ajuna Network ecosystem.

Parachain Auction & TGE

Ajuna has won Parachain Auction 67, for lease period 18 to 24. This will be the last parachain lease needed for Ajuna, as Coretime will be implemented once the lease is complete.

As we gear up for the $AJUN TGE, we have signed MEXC as our first exchange, with more exchanges to come. We also plan on adding Hydra DX as our DEX. 

Tanssi Campaign

Ajuna is participating in Tanssi’s 'Let's Forkin Dance' campaign. This Incentivized TestNet Campaign is a mix of on-chain and off-chain quests designed for the Tanssi community. We are launching a version of Season 1 Awesome Ajuna Avatars on our Tanssi appchain, where people can mint and forge their way to Tanssi tokens. 

BBB Updates

A lot of progress has been made with Big Ballz in April and it is now feature complete. We plan on having open testing this coming week, followed by the multi-block storage migration where Big Ballz will move from Rococo to Bajun for its first chapter on Bajun Network.

Big Ballz made an appearance at Art DAO Fest in Dubai. Arts DAO Fest is the MENA region's biggest cultural gathering, where digital enthusiasts celebrate innovations in web3, digital art, A.I and gaming.

Unreal Engine

The team has been diligently working on the Unreal Engine SDK, with the plan of showcasing it at Polkadot Decoded. Adding Unreal Engine alongside Unity is an important step to add game developers and studios to build games on Ajuna Network. Unreal Engine is the 3rd largest game engine by game developer market share.
